Tim has over three decades of experience in the design of healthcare and senior living environments. Bringing order to chaos is one of his strong suits: simplifying designs to make wayfinding simple and clear is an important aspect of his work. He puts a focus on designing facilities that provide settings for staff, patients, and residents that support improved care and independence.

A mentor to many of our staff, Tim emphasizes the quality of drafting and documentation as much as that of the design. He sees this as an essential part of delivering on a client’s expectations and key to successful projects.
