As one of the leaders of our San Francisco office, Todd brings over two decades of healthcare design experience to Boulder Associates. He is motivated by the impact that thoughtful design can have in creating positive outcomes and overcoming tough challenges. Recognized as a lean leader within BA, Todd trains, mentors, supports and cajoles his colleagues (and clients) to fight waste, secure value, and strive to always do what we do better today than we did yesterday. Todd is a Certified ScrumMaster and runs his teams using the Scrum framework; he is also fascinated by Agile, Knowledge Management, programming microcontrollers, pickling, and homemade cocktail bitters.
