Romano is the leader of our Lean practice. He has turned a pet peeve about wasted time, duplicative efforts, and silo-based thinking in design and construction projects into a personal mission. Through his deep involvement with the Lean Construction Institute, and experience in leading and training project teams in using collaborative, lean thinking, he helps industry look for better ways to improve project delivery.
