Principal - Architecture

Tracy is a healthcare architect who enjoys identifying and solving problems with clients in a creative manner. Her consistent goal is to design beautiful and efficient spaces for staff and patients by building strong relationships and working effectively with a team. She has been with Boulder Associates since 1999, and has developed from an experienced project manager and team leader into one of our lead Prinicpals in our Sacramento office.

She has a strong interest in integrating Lean principles into her design process. By focusing on reliable promising, Tracy works with her project teams and individuals on work planning, commitment tracking, and reverse-phase scheduling. She is continually excited by the pursuit of  process improvements in design and daily life, and minimizing wasted time and effort.
