This 28,000 s.f. tenant improvement for a PHP-IOP-OP (partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient/outpatient) facility houses adult and adolescent treatment programs for eating disorders and mood/anxiety disorders.

Throughout the facility, the design team focused on maximizing the availability of sunlight. Skylights punctuate corridors, community rooms, dining areas, and the staff break room; glazed storefront walls in interior spaces allow sunlight to reach further into the building. The two programs in the building are primarily separate, with dedicated exam rooms and office spaces, community and group rooms, classrooms, and activity rooms.

A shared block bisects the building, with dining rooms, a teaching kitchen, and a large multi-purpose room featuring two operable partitions that allow the long space to be divided into two to three separate areas or opened up into one large room.
