This one-level remodel and building addition to the existing Swedish Medical Center Hospital expands the surgery unit from four ORs to six, with a total of eight pre-post rooms, 12 PACU bays, new nurse stations, and support spaces. Boulder Associates worked with Swedish Medical Center to phase the project to allow day-to-day operations to continue without interruption during construction.
