Boulder Associates has a history working with this client dating back to 2018. Project Launchpad, at 272,000 s.f., is the client’s first foray into construction of their own ground-up lab, office, and manufacturing facility. Having been brought in halfway through the project to replace another design team, the team at BA had to get creative with a tight budget and aggressive design schedule to meet the client’s construction deadline of mid-2024.

Armed with extensive laboratory planning experience and an understanding of the client’s goals, the team was able to quickly re-evaluate the program and develop alternate options for the building design. During this phase of design, the team worked closely with the project contractor to ensure that the project would meet the client’s budget.
